Mavis Tires & Brakes

I walked in the front door at 7:55 and I said good morning to the guy at the front desk. I was promptly greeted by him saying “we ain’t open yet!” I apologized for walking in the unlocked front door and then he preceded to tell me how he could not help me until 10 and that I had several people in line in front of me. I wasn’t expecting to be the first served I just wanted my tires replaced sometime that day, but he didn’t allow me to speak. I respectfully told him to have a good day and I went 5 minutes down the road and to Firestone and they gladly accepted my business and had me up and going in no time. And here is the best part, they actually acted like they wanted to do business with me and treated me with great customer service. They even parked my car by the front door and left it running so it wouldn’t be hot when I got in it.

The whole team is absolutely amazing! From start to finish they keep you informed on what’s going on and let you know what needs to be done and they aren’t pushy at all. Robert and Brian are very knowledgeable and made sure I understand everything that was happening! Will always return

I had a great experience at Mavis Tires thanks to Kenya. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made the process quick and stress-free, and provided outstanding customer service throughout. It’s not often you come across someone who goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of, but Kenya did exactly that. The service was fast, the staff was welcoming, and I left feeling like a valued customer. I highly recommend Mavis Tires, and if you have the chance to work with Kenya, you’re in great hands. Thank you for making the experience so easy and positive!

I had a great experience at Mavis. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything they found without making me feel pressured. They got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and the service was exactly what I needed. I appreciate the honesty, the communication, and how easy they made the whole process. I'll definitely be back for future tire and maintenance needs. Thank you Kenya and Dakota for the excellent customer service!

A great place to do business. The staff, Brian and his coworker went above and beyond with not only the sell and service, but informing and showing me unexpected damage to the inside of a rim that a local dealership missed or possibly didn’t look for. I will definitely recommend using this Mavis Tire to friends and family. Best customer service in years…..
